    Food was good. Service was great don't see why it had a one star. It's a different style compared to all the other McDonald's but it was good for dinner after our hike. No hunny mustard though which is weird. Underground parking which is great and tv to watch while you eat great job :)

    Worst Mc Donalds EVER! Everyone has to pull into parking spots to get their drive thru order.

    Lady taking order was rude too!
    "Don't say meal then" is what she said to me.  I didn't say "meal" i said "menu".

    I live next to the North Vancouver Lynn Valley location and usually I don't eat McDonald's food but sometimes at late night I get hungry and everywhere is closed and my only option is McDonald's and no matter what I get is always old and cold to tell the truth it's really junk food

    Used to be hot and fresh, I actually would tell people it was great - but lately, the last year? gone downhill -often having to wait in the side carpark for drive thru food and food NOT fresh.  Today was disgusting.  Super stale cheeseburger, the bun was hard around all the edges and it was cold. Fries inedible: cold and stale!!  Super disappointing and I'm not driving back. Had been a while since going because we found it was going downhill and this was the WORST yet. How can it be so stale at 11am?!  Using day old food?? Won't be going again - I'd have to be desperate.

    My pancakes had a cup of water in them. The women serving me had a dirty scrunch on her wrist that kept touching the food. An old man at another table screamed at me to clean a strangers garbage because the restaurant was so dirty. The bathrooms are filthy and unusable.
